About APSIG Conference

Asia Pacific School on Internet Governance Conference (APSIG) is one of the key regional initiatives on Internet governance. By adopting the multi-stakeholder approach as its core principle, APSIG serves as a platform for learning, discussion, exchange and collaboration at a regional level, and also where possible to aggregate national school on IG discussions, ultimately advance the Internet governance development in the Asia Pacific region.

Fellowships

The aim of an APSIG Fellowship is to encourage active participation in the APSIG discussions among Asia-Pacific communities. While the fellowship aims to offer financial assistance to participants, the number of selected fellows from among the large number of applications we expect to receive, will be limited to the funding that is available for our Fellowship program. The final selection decision by the Fellowship Committee will therefore be based according to a points system each member allocates to the set of evaluation criteria.

Eligibility

Individuals from or reside in the Asia Pacific region and interested in IG space.

Support

Selected fellows will be granted with full or various partial subsidies on the economy return flight ticket and accommodation.
