We’re thrilled to announce the 9th Edition of the Asia-Pacific School on Internet Governance (APSIG 2024), slated to take place from August 18th to 20th, 2024, at National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan. Hosted by the Taiwan Network Information Center (TWNIC), APSIG continues its mission to raise awareness and build capacity in Internet governance across the Asia-Pacific region. Since its inception in 2016, APSIG has been instrumental in convening leaders from diverse backgrounds for intensive training programs aimed at addressing emerging technological challenges and fostering a deeper understanding of Internet governance principles.
This year, we are proud to have TWNIC as our local host, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience for all participants. TWNIC, with its rich experience in managing Internet resources within Taiwan, plays a pivotal role in advancing Internet governance in the region. APSIG 2024 will feature a diverse program including sessions on Internet governance topics, capacity-building workshops, and networking opportunities. Fellowship opportunities will also be available, offering individuals across the Asia-Pacific region the chance to participate and contribute to shaping the future of Internet governance.
